Best Ksamil Hotels with Pool 2026: 10 Stays Ranked (Real Prices)
For most 2026 travellers, Hotel Mira Mare (4-star, beachfront, ~€160/night July) or Ilio Boutique Hotel (boutique, infinity pool, ~€155/night) hit the sweet spot of pool quality, sea access and value. Families pick Ori Mare Hotel (two pools, 9.2/10 guest rating). Adults-only seekers pick Monun Hotel. Budget travellers under €90/night should look at Hotel Piramida or Memaj Hotel.
How we picked these 10 hotels
Ksamil has over 700 places to stay on Booking.com and almost all of them claim a pool. The honest reality: most of those "pools" are 3m x 4m plunge pools on a rooftop, and most "beachfront" properties are actually 2-5 minutes walk to the water. To produce this 2026 shortlist we filtered on five criteria:
- Pool that's actually usable — minimum 8m length or a proper sun terrace with loungers
- Guest score 8.4+ on Booking.com with 100+ reviews from 2025-2026
- Verified walking distance to a swimmable beach (using Booking map pins, not marketing copy)
- Open in 2026 season — pool included — with confirmed July/August availability when this was written
- Clear price tier — we picked the best option at each €25-30/night band so this list works whether your budget is €60 or €250
Rankings are by traveller type, not a single overall winner — a family with two kids needs something different from a couple celebrating an anniversary. Prices below are real Booking.com search results for a 3-night July 2026 stay (2 adults, breakfast where included) captured June 2026 and will shift with demand. All Ksamil hotels with pools on Booking.com →Best mid-range pool hotels in Ksamil (€110-€170/night)
This is where most travellers should land. 4-star service, real pool, breakfast included, AC that actually works, and close enough to the famous Ksamil beaches to walk in flip-flops. All four hotels in this tier scored 8.6 or higher on Booking in the last 12 months.
Hotel Mira Mare
The benchmark Ksamil 4-star — beachfront-adjacent, large outdoor pool with proper loungers, sea-view balconies on most rooms, generous buffet breakfast, friendly English-speaking staff. The pool sits between the hotel and the road but is screened by greenery; sea views from upper floors are excellent. Books out 4-6 months ahead for August.
- Best-reviewed 4-star in central Ksamil
- Pool open 7am-10pm, towels included
- Hot breakfast 7-10am, plentiful
- Some road noise from front rooms — ask for sea side
- Books out months ahead for July-August
- No kids' pool — adults-only feel at peak times
Ilio Boutique Hotel
Smaller, smarter, and the most photogenic mid-range property in Ksamil — infinity-edge pool that looks straight out to the Corfu channel, terracotta-and-cream rooms, real espresso at breakfast. The 9.1 guest score is unusually high and reflects the small operation (~20 rooms) and personal service. Best for couples and 30-something solo travellers who want design over a giant resort.
- Most-photographed pool in Ksamil
- Genuine boutique service, owner on-site
- Quiet area, away from beach noise
- Set back from the beach (4 min walk)
- Adults-leaning vibe, no kids' club
- 20 rooms only — books out fast
Monun Hotel
Quiet, modern, and the closest thing Ksamil has to an adults-only property — no formal policy but the layout (small pool, no shallow end, no animation team) self-selects couples. Rooms are minimalist Mediterranean with proper blackout curtains. Best for honeymooners and 40+ couples who want central Ksamil access without children.
- Genuinely quiet pool area
- Strong AC in every room
- Walkable to all main restaurants
- Pool is small (~10m), not for laps
- Breakfast not always included — check rate
- Set back one street from sea — no direct view
Best family-friendly Ksamil hotel with pool
Ori Mare Hotel
Two outdoor pools (rare in Ksamil), one shallow enough for kids under 6, the other 1.4m for swimmers. Family-run by a couple who genuinely seem to care — the 9.2 guest score is built on consistent praise for breakfast (homemade pastries, fresh fruit) and the garden area where kids can play while parents have coffee. Excellent value for what you get.
- Two pools — kids and adult depths
- Best breakfast in the budget tier
- Family room sleeps 4 from ~€125/night
- 3-star service standards, not 4 (no porter, no concierge)
- Books out 6 months ahead for August
- No alcohol at breakfast bar — bring your own
Best beachfront Ksamil hotels with pool
"Beachfront" in Ksamil is one of the most-abused phrases in Albanian hospitality. The village core sits 30-200m from the water, and only a handful of properties are genuinely on the sand. These two qualify.
EMAR Beachfront Hotel
The most genuinely beachfront pool hotel in Ksamil — walk out of the lobby, cross 6 meters of paved terrace, you're on the sand. Outdoor pool sits on the sea-side terrace looking at the Ksamil islands. Rooms above the third floor get unobstructed sunset views. Premium pricing but the only property where you can have pool, beach and dinner without crossing a road.
- True beachfront — sand at your feet
- Best sunset views in Ksamil
- Pool overlooks the sea
- Lower-floor rooms get beach-bar noise until midnight
- Service can lag in peak weeks — short-staffed
- Books up earliest of any Ksamil property
Vivas Hotel
The budget-friendly beachfront-with-pool option. Smaller pool than EMAR, simpler rooms, but you save €40-60/night for what is functionally the same proximity to the water. Best for travellers who want beachfront positioning without paying for hotel polish. Pool side terrace is small — five sunbeds at peak times.
- True beach access at a 3-star price
- Sea-view rooms from ~€130
- Smaller, calmer than EMAR
- Pool is plunge-sized
- Basic breakfast — coffee, bread, eggs
- No lift in older wing
Best budget Ksamil hotels with pool (under €90/night)
The Ksamil budget tier is where you have to read carefully — many "pool hotels" at €50/night have a 3m x 3m splash pool on a roof. The two below have actual swimmable pools and consistent 8+ scores.
Hotel Piramida
Best budget value in Ksamil for 2026 — outdoor pool, poolside bar, free buffet breakfast, sea-view rooms from ~€75. Family-run, welcoming atmosphere, connecting rooms available for groups. Not glamorous but consistent — the kind of property you book twice.
- Buffet breakfast included at this price
- Poolside bar (no need to leave for lunch)
- Connecting rooms for families/groups
- Pool can be busy 11am-3pm
- No lift — second-floor rooms only by stairs
- Decor is dated but clean
Memaj Hotel
Specifically built for families on a budget — separate seasonal kids' pool, free full breakfast, and free airport transportation (rare at this price point) from Tirana with a 3+ night booking. Set back from the beach but the saving versus 4-star properties pays for taxis to the beach all week.
- Free Tirana airport transfer on longer stays
- Dedicated kids' pool
- Full breakfast included
- 6 min walk to nearest swimmable beach
- Kids' pool is small (~3m x 5m)
- Wifi can drop with full house
Honourable mentions
Absolute Hotel
Sea-view balconies and seasonal outdoor pool at mid-budget pricing. Bar/lounge open evenings. Best for couples wanting a sea view without paying 4-star prices — pool is functional but small.

Sleeper pick on the south edge of Ksamil — seasonal outdoor pool, poolside bar, buffet breakfast, and consistently praised front-of-house staff. A bit further from the central beaches but quieter at night.

Three things nobody tells you about Ksamil hotel pools
1. The pool is almost never heated. Ksamil is a summer destination and operators treat pools as a May-October amenity. If you're travelling in April or October, message the property before booking — many close their pool one or two weeks early when bookings drop, even if the hotel itself stays open.
2. "Pool view" is not "sea view". Booking.com filters distinguish them but listing descriptions blur them. A pool-view room often faces the parking lot on the other side of the pool. Pay the extra €10-20/night for "Sea view" if the view matters to you.
3. August prices are not the headline price. The €110/night you see in February for a July room becomes €180 by May and €240 the week of departure. Book 3-4 months ahead for the best price, or in early February when 2026 inventory first releases for properties offering early-bird discounts.
Our 2026 verdict
If we were booking Ksamil for 5 nights in shoulder season (early July or September) and we'd never been before, we'd take Hotel Mira Mare — it's the most-reliable 4-star, the pool is real, and the 2-minute walk to the beach is genuinely 2 minutes. If we'd been to Ksamil before and wanted something quieter, Ilio Boutique Hotel. If we were travelling with kids under 10, Ori Mare. For everyone else, the price comparison table above is the fastest decision tool.
Frequently asked questions
What is the best hotel with a pool in Ksamil 2026?
For most travellers the sweet spot is Hotel Mira Mare (4-star, beachfront-adjacent, ~€160/night July) or Ilio Boutique Hotel (boutique, infinity pool, ~€155/night). Families with kids pick Ori Mare for its two outdoor pools. Adults-only seekers pick Monun Hotel.
How much does a Ksamil pool hotel cost in 2026?
Expect €60-€90/night for budget 3-star with a small pool in June or September, €110-€160 for mid-range 4-star in July, and €180-€260 for the top beachfront properties in August. Off-season prices drop 40-60% but pools are seasonal — confirm before booking outside May-October.
Are Ksamil hotel pools heated?
Almost none. Ksamil pools are seasonal outdoor pools, typically open May to early October and unheated. If you're travelling outside that window, contact the property directly to confirm pool status.
Which Ksamil hotels are truly beachfront with a pool?
EMAR Beachfront Hotel and Vivas Hotel are the cleanest beachfront-with-pool options. Hotel Mira Mare is 2 minutes walk. Many properties marketed as "beachfront" are actually 3-5 minutes from the water — always check the map pin on Booking.com.
Is Ksamil worth visiting in 2026?
Yes if you want Caribbean-grade turquoise water at a fraction of Greek-island prices and you visit shoulder season (June or September). July and August are now busy and noisy. See our full honest verdict on Ksamil 2026 for the long answer.
